		<description>I just discovered that the RIDMV has a &lt;a href="http://www.dmv.ri.gov/manuals/corrections.php" rel="nofollow"&gt;Corrections to the Rhode Island Driver's Manual&lt;/a&gt; published on their webpage and this takes care of the helmet discrepancy.  Why, in this modern day of computers, they didn't just update the full manual, I don't understand.</description>
